Cancellation policy and fees
In-person registration
- Cancellation for in-person registration will be accepted by email only to [email protected]
- A $50 administrative fee will be deducted from cancellations received until 31 July 2022
- A 50% cancellation fee will be charged between 1-25 August 2022
- A 100% cancellation fee will be charged after 25 August 2022
- All requested cancellations will be subject to review and approval by COL
- Approved refunds will be processed through money transfer following the completion of the PCF10 conference
Virtual experience registration
- Cancellation for the virtual experience registration will be accepted by email only to [email protected]
- A $50 administrative fee will be deducted from cancellations received until 4 September 2022.
- A 100% cancellation fee will be charged after 5 September 2022
- All requested cancellations will be subject to review and approval by COL
- Approved refunds will be processed through money transfer following the completion of the PCF10 conference

Credit card payments are available with the secured e-commerce registration system: Visa and Mastercard in USD only.
Direct Bank Wire Transfer or Electronic Fund Transfer payments can be requested by selecting that method of payment during registration. A form will be forwarded to you via email once your registration is processed.
All bank fees for remittance are to be paid by the participant.
Receipt of remittance must be sent by email to [email protected] for confirmation.
Your payment status will be changed from “pending” to “complete” upon clearance of your payment.
