Visa/Invitation Letter
Prospective PCF10 delegates are advised that it is their responsibility to obtain an entry visa to Canada. Check if you require a visa on the Government of Canada website.
For all current information concerning entry visas for Canada, please refer to the Canadian Government website. Please be advised that country policies can change without notice and should be closely monitored.
For prospective delegates who have completed all registration requirements (including providing evidence of payment of relevant fees or a sponsorship), the Forum co-hosts can consider issuing an official visa support letter. However, payment of registration fee and/or acceptance of a proposal does not guarantee that an entry visa to Canada will be issued.
Each delegate is responsible for contacting the Canadian visa application centre serving their respective country.
Only individuals who are planning to enter Canada on authentic PCF10 business (as fully registered delegates) will be considered for the issuance of a support document for visa purposes.
Please make sure that you start the procedure early enough to have time to provide the requested documents and have your application completed before departure.
